At the QueStore, we take great pride in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise value less a 10% processing fee.
The following policies apply to all returns:
- An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns.
- Returns will be refunded in the original tender, minus the original shipping and handling charges.
- We cannot accept returns of personalized merchandise or special-order items except when due to defect.
- Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, go to your order history and fill out an RMA request form. When you receive your RMA, print the form and include it with your merchandise.
Within 30 days, use the shipping carrier most convenient for you and send the package to the following address:

We apologize, but we cannot accommodate exchanges. If you are not happy with an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Modifications to Orders
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. An order is submitted when you click the orange "Place order" button.
Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly less a 10% restocking fee.
An order can be cancelled by emailing QueStore@questcrew.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Cancellation of Order #____
- Body: Reason for cancellation and any other notes.
If the customer cancels the order after the merchandise has been shipped, the package must be returned to the QueStore before a refund may be issued. Please refer to the return process above.
